Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee if you no-show or cancel within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment.
If Client is 15mins late with no communication new appointment will have to be scheduled, and no-show fee will be applied.
Booking through provider does not suffice for discounts or promotion prices only full regular prices will be processed through provider booking. (Deposits must be made to honor all service discounts , promotions, or specials of any kind, no exclusions.)
All past due balances are due before any future appointments or services can continue.
